The workout was one of his favorites, and it has become a tradition across the country to honor his sacrifice, and the sacrifices of so many others, through effort, grit, and community.The Workout“Murph” (RX):• 1 mile run• 100 pull-ups• 200 push-ups• 300 air squats• 1 mile runOptional: Wear a weighted vest (20/14 lb) if you’re feeling bold.Scaling options will be available, because this isn’t about perfection, it’s about participation and honoring the meaning behind it.How It Works• This is a free, open community event• Come anytime between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM• You must finish your workout by 8:00 AM• Bring a friend, bring your family, bring your gritWhether you go full Murph, scale it, or just show up and move, we’re here for it.Why We Do ItMurph isn’t just a workout.
